Y. Malik Jalal

Y. Malik Jalal (b. 1994) is a multidisciplinary artist born in Savannah, GA. He earned his MFA in Sculpture from Yale University in the Spring of 2024 and has held solo exhibitions at MARCH, New York, NY; Atlanta Contemporary, Atlanta, GA; Alabama Contemporary Art Center, Mobile, AL; and Institute 193, Lexington, KY. He has participated in group exhibitions at SHRINE, New York, NY; Swivel Gallery, New York, NY; Et Al Gallery, San Francisco; Murmurs, Los Angeles; Swan Coach Gallery, Atlanta GA; and Jack Barrett, New York City, NY. He participated in the Liste Art Fair in 2024 with Murmurs and curated exhibitions at Alabama Contemporary, Mobile, AL; and Atlanta Contemporary, Atlanta, GA.
