Artists-in-Residence Announced for January – June 2011 At the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts

Since 1985 the Bemis Center for the Contemporary Arts has supported over 600 artists with live/work studios and monthly stipends. The spirit and programs of the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts are based on the conviction that exceptional talent deserves to be supported. The artist-in-residence program received a record breaking five hundred and fifty applications from which the following sixteen artists were selected for January through June 2011 residencies.
