After Party Concert FAQs

Where is the Bemis Center located?
The Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts is located at 724 South 12th Street in Omaha, Nebraska, on the northwest corner of 12th and Leavenworth just south of the heart of the Old Market. MAP

Where do I park?
Meter parking (free after 9:00 p.m.) is available in the area, and the paved lot to the north of the Bemis Center will be open for guests attending the Benefit Art Auction and After Party, however, we can not guarantee availability. MAP

Where is the Bemis Center’s Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility located?
The Bemis Center’s Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility is located at 723 South 12th Street, directly across 12th Street from the Bemis Center main building. MAP

How do I enter the Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility for the concert?
When you arrive, please enter through the main entrance on the west side of the Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility.

I’ve purchased a ticket. Will I receive an actual paper ticket?
If you are also attending the Benefit Art Auction you will be given an event catalog at check-in with your assigned bid number printed on it. If you are also attending the After Party Concert you will receive a wristband for entrance.

If you are attending the After Party Concert only, you will be placed on a guest list. When you arrive at the Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility, you (and your guests) will be admitted via the guest list.

What do I need to get into the After Party Concert?
PHOTO ID is required to be admitted to the concert.

What time do doors open?
Doors open promptly at 9:30 p.m.

What is not allowed inside the After Party Concert?
Backpacks, large purses, cameras with removable lenses, video or audio recording devices, drinks, chairs, firearms, drugs, and animals (except service animals) will not be permitted at the After Party Concert.

What time does the music start?
Closeness will perform at approximately 10:00 p.m. and Cults will perform at approximately 11:00 p.m.

Are children permitted to attend the After Party Concert?
This performance is all ages! All are welcome. Each individual will be charged for admittance.

Will there be food and beverages available for purchase?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase. Cash and credit card will be accepted, with the ability to run a tab. Must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase alcohol.

Three Amigas food truck will be available outside the concert on 12th Street. Cash and credit card will be accepted. This is an independent vendor and not affiliated with Bemis Center or Maha Music Festival.

Is there a smoking area?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue.

Is there a coat check?
We will not have a coat check available at the After Party Concert.

If I need to leave the concert, can I re-enter?
Yes, re-entry is permitted throughout the concert with your wristband.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
If the performance does not sell out in advance, tickets will be available at the door for $32 payable by cash or credit card. We recommend purchasing admission online in advance to ensure entry to this performance due to the limited capacity of the Okada Sculpture & Ceramics Facility.

I can’t make it to the performance anymore. Can I resell my tickets?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable. Please consider your ticket purchase a donation to the Bemis Center For Contemporary Arts. All proceeds are reinvested into the Bemis Center's artist-centric programs that advance the work of today's artists year-round.
