Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers are a critical component at the Bemis Center. They are vital for interacting with the local community and for aiding and enhancing the experience of our artists-in-residence. In many ways, volunteers are the first and foremost contact visitors have at the Bemis Center, and for this reason, it’s vital that they share our personal commitment to the arts. After all, the Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts is Omaha’s contemporary arts center, and we need people like you to engage and involve our community.
Volunteer opportunities include office administration, database management, facility and exhibition services, library studies and studio assistants for our internationally acclaimed Artists-in-Residence program. And if there are other areas you think your talents would be better placed, we’re open to your volunteer suggestions.
